This ranch dressing recipe tastes great and is easy to make. A lot of people who try it will not be able to tell that this dressing is vegan. You can use it over your favorite greens in a salad, place a dollop on a bowl of chili, and can use it as a dip for your favorite raw veggies.
Vegan Ranch Dressing
1 cup raw cashews
1 3/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp salt (can use less if preferred)
1/8 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup water
Soak the cashews in water for 1 hour if not using a high-powered blender.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Transfer the dressing to a small mason jar or dressing carafe.
Store in refrigerator. The dressing will thicken, so you can add 1 Tbsp water if too thick and stir.
