Easy Blueberry Oatmeal



This is a quick and easy recipe that is one of our go-to oatmeal recipes to get our day started.


Easy Blueberry Oatmeal


Section 1: Ingredients


  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax

  • ¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)

  • 1 cup nut milk

Section 2: Add Numbered Directions


Directions should always be short and to the point.

  1. In a small pot, over high heat, bring water and oats to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring occasionally. When the oatmeal becomes the desired texture, remove the pot from the heat.

  2. Heap the cooked oatmeal into bowls, blueberries (thaw a bit first if using frozen berries), and chia or flaxseed. Serve and enjoy.
