Start your day off with a healthy bowl of raw oats. Forget the processed cereal from a box. This doesn't take much longer to put together and is better for you.
Raw Old-Fashioned Strawberry Oats
Section 1: Ingredients
1 to 2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seed
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen), sliced
Plant milk of choice, enough to fill the bowl to your liking.
Section 2: Directions
Place the raw oats in a bowl (as much as you like). Pour the plant milk over the oats (just like any other bowl of dry cereal). Some people prefer the milk to cover the top, and some like it just on the bottom. Use whatever amount you prefer. Top off with chia seeds, kiwi, banana, and finally the strawberries.
